HONEYDEW

The honeydew melon is our second staple item we grow. The greenflesh is what we concentrate on mostly, it is sweet, creamy, and pairs perfectly with any of our cantaloupe varieties.

The Golden honeydew melon has a similar shape and texture to the greenflesh honeydew but has a bright gold-colored rind and pale green flesh. When ripe, its skin is firm, thin and smooth and the flesh is succulent, velvety and sweet.
